Arby's - Kokomo

I am from longview texas and I have been april in kokomo to visit daughter and family. my health is not good and we had brought them to a new house. sent by this arby’s with enkelin and was treated with the great respect of all employees. the manager went out of his way to make sure our visit was great. that was great and I couldn't ask for better. bless and thank you.

Floors were dirty and sticky, tables were not cleaned, workers open sharing family drama, speeches used by employees inappropriate when customers are present, cashier was quite rude. try to fill out their query online, but it would simply turn after I entered the memory.

Best roast beef in town and between 2:00 and 5:00 you can sliders for 1 dollar with a lot of beef and cheese there are 5 or 6 different sliders

Excellent service and quality food at this location. Everything was fresh and well prepared.

Most ridiculous customer service EVER. The staff are lazy, cant get an order right, then when i go to get it fixed. They say they are closing for the night even though the hours are until 11. Its fine if you wanna close down early but i PAID for my food and in turn paid your salary and you have attitude and say you cant help me? Pathetic.
