Bidrage med feedbackPipipipipi yu and their personals are incredible and will go out their way to make them feel home and eat so delicious and a wonderful presentation. from thai to west the whole menu is a joy
Delicious food, high quality ingredients and generous portions, all at a very reasonable price for what you get. A must-try while on KPG.
In a really beautiful location, they can literally sit their dinner right on the beach. although the menu does not label vegan items (only vegetarian), the personal seemed well informed. I asked about the tofu and veggie burger, but they said they are not vegan as they contain ice. However, they have many Thai dishes to choose (I have no other Western questions. I had massaman curry, which was delicious, a large portion, very creamy and not oily. had beautiful and soft, large pumpkin pieces in it. they also have brown rice. pad thai (tofu is also good. If you wanted dessert, you could have mango sticky rice. the prices are appropriate for a beautiful place. I will go back and try more dishes.
I love the fresh vegan spring rolls here, one must try! and the Burmese salad. there are many vegan choices on the menu, but they also serve meat, so it is not a super conscious place. the vegan curry I tried was way too fat and oily for my taste, I prefer when eating more healthy, so I was quite disappointed by the curry. but I was happy with the others and it is a beautiful place right on the beach, amazing for round sunset
I have in phangan cove twice for a few weeks, in 2012 and 2016, and both I ate most of my meal in the restaurant. and since eating is absolutely amazing, the three meal times per day. owners iu and their sisters are fantastic cooks. I don't remember an article in the menu I didn't like. they have a separate vegetarian menu, but I also asked them to veganize some other dishes such as satay sauce with vegetables and tofu instead of huhn or vegetarian pad thai. they always ask eier ok? with the meals they contain (like pad thai or sandwiches). but remember that this is not a traditional vegan / vegetarian restaurant such as orion cafe, eat co or karma cafe, so they probably double check when it comes to vegan eating. in 2012 eiu lud mean man and me in the kitchen to teach us our favorite dishes, where they also declare that they do not use fish sauce for the meals ordered as vegetarian, so I think it is a very safe place to enjoy a meal. someone said that's expensive I can't confirm. it is actually quite affordable compared to the other restaurants in sri thanu. a red curry for example is 125 baht (95 for the curry, 30 for brown rice), while most other places start around 150 for the same plate. the size of the portions is huge. and of course, it is directly on the beach and they can hang on their deck and watch the stunning sri thanu sunset. can't, but love this place!
