Sushi Haus Deutz - Köln

When I lived in Germany I didn’t go to many sushi restaurants as I noticed the quality was generally not good and prices were still high. This place is not expensive but the fish is absolutely fresh, and their combinations are delicious. Sashimi was perfect. Absolutely recommended!

For the price point I would recommend this restaurant. Very extensive sushi and sashimi menu great value for money.

The Sushi Haus in Deutz nearby Deutz main station serve vegan maki and nigiri. The pricing is appropriate and the food is tasty, especially the vegan bento box is great for takeout. Other than the Sushi Haus that is located in Mülheim this restaurant is a bit bigger and offers more seating options. Nevertheless, I have to admit that I would always prefer going to the Maki Maki Sushi Green at Neumarkt over the Sushi Haus since they have so much more options (and are 100% vegan). But if you are looking for something more inexpensive on the right side of the rhine and a place where you dont have to wait long, the sushi house is the place to be.

I was here to eat with colleagues in the lunch break and first something sceptical as I am the only vegan in the round. Then I was positively surprised; the choice of vegan options is good, although unfortunately not always marked, and the waitress could also answer my questions about what is vegan from the appetizers.
