Superb sushi, absolutely high quality, super dressed and a true taste experience :

Small restaurant where you should book. The map is manageable, but varied. The carrot ginger soup tasted so perfectly that you wished a supplement. The sushi is very high quality and tasteful. The salmon fillet with the puree was also a taste experience! Very recommended.
