Coco Asia - Köln

Absolutely lovely place to eat! Out of 3 nights in this city, we ate 3 times in this restaurant. We came back for the lovely coconut soup and asked for XL portions.The food: very tasty. As an experienced Asian cuisine food lover with Asian roots, this place is superb. Freshly prepared meals with lots of veggies and herbs. Spices were used in the right way and dosing. The soup based on coconut milk is delicious and made us came back every single time. The other meals we had (Vietnamese Pho for example) were spot on. Portions were big in size and priced were good.The entourage: it was spacious, with a decor similar to other Asian restaurants (including an aquarium). Nothing too special. It was clean.The service: lovely people working here. The cook came to our table and served the dishes himself, as he knew we visited the restaurant the days before. Very friendly and attentive staff. The language skills aren't too good but that adds to the whole experience.Highly recommended.

Met een busgezelschap naar Keulen, na een flinke wandeling kwamen we langs een Vietnamese Cuisine Sushi restaurant. Als lunch hebben we een heerlijke maaltijd genoten. Echt een aanrader. Manlief had vegetarisch en ik had een gegrilde varkensvlees, beiden met rijst. We komen beslist hier terug. De ontvangst was goed, vriendelijk personeel. De ambiance was ook goed. Veel klanten die een lunch nuttigden.
