Went here with family and friend for a not to fancy birthday dinner. The place looks fresh and modern, inviting. The sushi's we ordered came all at once although we ordered some soups as an entree. Quality wise the food is okay but certainly not the best sushi I've ever had. The prices suggest something else, in my opinion overpriced. €4,50 for a glass of red wine (not even a fancy one) is way too much. Will I go again? I'm still not certain about that.

We came here because the nearby Sweet Sushi was full. Not a wise decision. The Sushi is bland and tasteless and way overpriced. We had Pork Gyoza which was nice and tempura prawns which were ok. I had steak teriyaki with rice and fried sweet potatoes my mate had the sushi. We had a green tea which was nice and a kolsch radler which was warm and flat. The total bill was almost €50. Bad value go elsewhere.

Bad Japanese food... Can't advise anyone to order here.. No chain or delivery service shall justify such poor food experience..

I'd never get to order something to eat here. Now I am mostly professional in Cologne, and there are several menus in the market research studio in St. Apernstraße. Since I often rely on cold food (fastly what goes in between the group discussions) my choice was often due to the Bentobox offers. I was never satisfied with the quality of sushi the rice was not sufficiently soured the fish too sparingly used and not really fresh Last week I ordered sushi again and also had a fade misosuppe, which clearly missed the necessary pinch Dashi. And that, though the soup lt. Menu contains flavor enhancers. * Conclusion*: In Cologne you should not try to order sushi and other Japanese food. You should go to Düsseldorf and dine in a veritable Japanese restaurant. Chains delivery companies like the Bento Box are anyway rather luscious in quality, but I have rarely experienced the dishes so badly tasted. And this is independent of what I ordered from the map.
