Sugar Cilantro - Kochi

Good hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. they have a minibar that is good on the storage room where it will be a minibar with nothing on it. the location is a bit difficult to reach as we need to go through the service road, has a good parking space. the hotel can easily be discovered on the main street. the room service was good, but they need to improve with the communication of the staff, as I had to call them for missing items that were not delivered. the hotel has a bar and a roof restaurant. about all had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay with a beautiful and soothing environment around the hotel. we have served the breakfast in the hotel with many different sorts and ordered items that are not served in the breakfast buffet. for our stay through the night, the comfort was ensured by the right beds and all necessary bathroom facilities for the next morning. with the provision of a few more pleasant things like a swim this place would be a great place to stay.

I'd rather stay with sugar for my business trips. their rooms and amenities are good enough; and service quality is excellent! vinu from the front and ismail from the house service always make sure that I well looked after. the breakfast buffet is tasty if the spread is not wide; eating is cheap and tasty. cleanliness and hygiene is commendable. I will definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.

I visit once or twice in the week their Tuscan bar and roof terraces and trusted the staff. two weeks back I had a bad experience with a security man, he was drunk and smells alcohol so bad and he led me to the parking lot. After I parked my car, I asked him, "you are drunk and he answered so nicely yes. I shocked after I heard that and felt jealous about the mute he has. yesterday I had parked my car before tonic bar near the wall. someone parked his car behind me and it was quite difficult for me to take my car, but somehow I did it. suddenly after my circus to take the car back, this security came to me. I asked him that the people didn't allow the car to park as far as near. he told me they took her car back, so what is her problem now? then I told him that this is not the way to behave, then his answer really shocked me. if they have complained, please inform the owner or the gm and he does not care that he can only do such things. I know the owner and the gm, but that's not the one who behaves on a customer. I didn't see such annoying security in a starhotel. dear zucker hotel management, when they are dealing with people like him, they will lose their call and put the customers of them to the side, everything except this person is fantastic in the hotel, beautiful ambiente in the bar, tasty eating and bar staff are simply fantastic.

I recently went to the beer parlour which is a part of this hotel and is named as Toxic. Since all the seats at the bar was occupied they suggested us to sit in the restaurant and consume the drink. The ambience at the restaurant quite good and is perfectly warm lit for the mood. The staff was courteous and friendly. I saw the beer parlour which was perfectly lit for the chill mood but the seating capacity is quite low. They have all major brands of beer with reasonable rate and moreover the ambience and the hospitality is the key feature.
