Koefteci Yusuf - Kocaeli

Izmit branch of the meatball vendor Yusuf, which I have visited many other branches of and left satisfied, turned out to be a total disaster. The sausages were dried and almost burnt, with spices sprinkled on them without request, and there were hundreds of flies flying inside. The employees kept saying they would come right away, but never did. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Today, I ordered two meat doner rolls at the Izmit branch of Köfteci Yusuf outlet center. Unfortunately, the meat was tough and did not have a good texture. It was also overly salty and oily. I was disappointed and ended up leaving the second roll uneaten. I informed the cashier that I was not satisfied with the quality, mentioning that it was not halal. If Yusuf wants to improve, he should focus on using better quality meat and adjusting the seasoning. Overall, I would rate the food as a 1 out of 5.

We recently dined at a restaurant owned by the store manager's brother. The staff provided excellent and friendly service. Overall, we give it a perfect score of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
