The service was good, the food was unfortunately really more than marginal, the meat in the two dishes we ordered was of poor quality with a lot of mushy fat in the beef and another meal which, according to the menu, consisted of deep fried shrimp was supposed to consist mostly of half-cooked vegetables and exactly 5 cooked shrimp. Still as good as 2017 maybe even better. We still know the Spices from our trip to Thailand in 2017 and were very curious to see if it was still as good. In fact, we thought the food was even tastier this time. The tapas are to die for. Otherwise there is an extensive but not confusing selection including a few non typical Thai dishes (spaghetti, burgers). We ate there three times in one week and can absolutely recommend the restaurant. The ingredients are absolutely high quality and the ambience is very nice and still authentic. The staff is incredibly friendly. There are also delicious drinks. The prices are higher than you might be used to from small Thai restaurants but still much cheaper than in Germany. In any case, these are absolutely appropriate. There has recently been a second restaurant in Bophut with an identical menu unfortunately there is no branch near us yet . We came here for dinner on the recommendation of the hotel staff and we loved it. From the outside quite inconspicuous and simple, but very nicely and invitingly furnished on the inside. The waitress was very nice, very attentive and very professional, the chef himself stands behind the bar and serves the cocktails and the kitchen smells delicious. The food is freshly prepared, tastes great from starter, main course to dessert. A very good value for money, we were very happy and satisfied on all three visits! Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian dishes on the menu.
