Project - Knysna

Great cocktails with a nice view. Great location so if you want to go for dinner before or after there are plenty of restaurants around. Wish they would make more use of all the great local gins we have since they seem to only use oversees gin.

The Project is a refreshing lounge in Knysna. They are upstairs in Sirocco and could easily be missed. They have an awesome view of Knysna ....day or night...<br/ <br/ They have a wide variety of spirits. Had Aperol Spritz and it was the best I've had in SA. Service is excellent, it's smokers friendly and the view is unforgettable. Wide variety of drinks to choose from. This spot is pricey but worth it! Will return when the opportunity allows. Wasn't disappointed.

Great location with magnificent views of the knysna laguna. very romantic. ambiente stylish atmosphere. the food was good. we ordered sushi, hamburger, filled pork balls, apple cake, all were delicious.

Pretty much as good as it gets in the area in terms of spirits list (fun gin tasting and lots of whiskeys) as well as comprehensive wine list. Great view when sitting outside and attentive servers. Skip the snacks...
