Wendy's - Knoxville

Half the time the dinning room is closed always have to ask for condiments twice if you call they don't answer the phone so u don't know if there open or not.

Read reviews and don't waste your time here. I'm pretty sure they screwed up my order on purpose, but after waiting in line for 20 minutes I didn't have the time to go back. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich only ketchup medium with a coke. Order repeated back me and verified only ketchup. Got a spicy chicken sandwich extra pickles, small fry and a medium Diet Coke. Thanks for a sh**ty lunch. Additionally I asked for a receipt and was told they couldn't give me one right now.

Horrible service. Went to this location on 7/15/2022 at around 9:40pm. I got my sides upsized and the fries they gave me were not upsized at all. I honestly want my money back. I was trying to add my picture but for some strange reason google will not let me. I won't be returning to this location unless it is on day shift. I never have an issue when I go during the daytime. All the employees are nice and my order seems to always be correct. My suggestion is stay away at night or check your bag before driving off.

Largely positive dining experience. Staff was friendly, food was hot, store was clean. The only negative was having to stand in line. This location only has one person at the lunch rush hour.

Was ok but not visited Wendy's in a while. I ordered sour cream n chives baked potato,and small chili. I remember when a baked potato was like almost $2 maybe and chili not too much. It was 5.49 for just this when I use to order this everyday for half this? LolOh well Wendy's is still good and there prices had to go up to to make money I'm sure.
