Subway - Knoxville

Although this subway under new management and with new staff still learning the ropes, the food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. I definitely go back.

I liked the food. The lady working there was overworked and made a small mistake but it was fine. Another couple had tried to get 2 separate subs for the same price as a foot long and said she got attitude because she wouldn't do that. I feel really bad for her and she defiantly needs more help in that shop. She was kind to me and my family but those 2 people where rude and she did get mad but it was understandable. I hope she gets more employees to help her. That's too much stress on her.

Employee wasn't wearing anything to prevent his beard from getting into the food. Had a beard hair in my sandwich as a result. Absolutely disgusting quality of vegetables, too.

Best Subway in the area!!! That Employee Rance goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your mean!!! He deserves a raise!!! Tip him well if he makes your food I did!!!

They didn't have ice because it was stuck in the machine because it wasn't cool enough in the restaurant to keep the ice from melting in the machine. I told them I wanted a refund for the drink I paid for because most people prefer ice in their drinks.
