Mcdonald's - Knoxville

It's hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and the employees are nice. Then other times food is not so good and the employees not so nice. Or there's a combination of the two. They always run out of Hi C Orange and I can't drink caffeine or carbonated drinks so that sucks.

Food was good quality and served hot and fresh. Went through the drive-thru...the employees taking care of me were quite young but very good at their job. They were efficient, and on top of it! It was great and the speed was absolutely fantastic and even during the lunch hour!! Best service I have gotten at a McDonald's in a very long time. I am gonna start coming to this McDonald's instead of the one that is the closest to my residence. Thank you!

Go to another location. This one should have stayed closed after covid or been remodeled as a drive-thru only location. Interior has one register and looks like it has been in the middle of a remodel for a year. Interior kiosks never work and the only people inside are usually doordashers picking up orders. Food policy they decide when they want to stop serving biscuits when they run out like a mom and pop location and then they tell you they dont have the option of selling lunch yet because the machines wont work. This has happened 3 times in a row at 10am when the breakfast is supposed to end at 1030. I now go to one of 3 others slightly out of the way because the workers there know what they are doing.

Been two years since this door has been unlocked for any customers to enter. On top of changing prices daily. Employees are absolutely the worst restaurant I ever had to deal with. July 17 2022 got the skimpy biscuits and gravy on the planet. Absolutely terrible servings.

2:50 p.m. today I go through the drive thru. I was the only one in line. I could barely hear the person talking the order, so I proceeded to give my order. Then in a very loud voice a girl says in an agravated vice, I was trying to do something ! I told her Wow, sorry for inconveniencing you; and I drove to Wendy 's. That was ridiculous.
