Habaneros Mexican Grill - Knoxville

Service was slow. Waiter pretty much forgot about us after we sat down. Had to flag someone else after 15 plus minutes just to order. Food wasn't what we ordered. Bathroom floor was sticky. It wasn't a busy time either. When we paid, we were asked how themeal was, we said we were disappointed. The cashier just smirked and didn't seem to care that we had received a bad experience.Used to like this place, but definitely taking it out of the rotation now.

As always, GREAT FOOD, MARGARITAS SERVICE! We celebrated a family birthday here and it definitely didn't disappoint! Chips stayed full and fresh we never saw the bottom of the margarita glass!

Had the habaneros dip and habaneros nachos along with a Long Island ice tea. Habaneros never disappoints. The food comes out quick hot and delicious.

Such good food and fabulous service! One of our favorites!

I am very happy to have discovered Habaneros ll Mexican Restaurant. I have visited the other Habeneros in Norris (North Knoxville), both restaurants in this mini chain are very good but I like this one better so far. I had a very good light meal(a delicious Carne Asada Taco) and one of their Margaritas which was one of the best Margaritas ever. Kudos to Jose (manager)whoo was very willing to talk, I enjoyed meeting him). Also, my server was Shelly at the bar where I was sitting). The staffwere very friendly and added to my enjoying this experience; I now highly recommend Habeneros ll as one of my favoriterestaurants for 2022 (really more than that as they are really above their competition).
