Gondolier Pizza Of Halls - Knoxville

The waitress and workers were amazing even though obviously understaffed. Went on a teacher's PD day and it was great.

The servers are really nice. The restaurant is a convenient location in Halls. The pizza is pretty good, but all the other food I’ve tried on the menu (I’ve tried several of the pasta dishes) has been amazingly mediocre. I don’t know how to describe it, but the food just doesn’t taste fresh. The baked manicotti I’ve gotten like 3 separate times was different each time the last two times it just tasted like it had been frozen and reheated. The alfredo is very bland really heavy cream and butter flavor, very one noted. Their artichoke hearts taste pickled and not fresh. The pizza is genuinely pretty good. Really wish I liked it better. The restaurant is so convenient to where I live. 3 stars for kindness but the food is just meh.

We waited for a long time for a table. It wasn't busy, people that came in after us were seated before us.

Really enjoyed the Hawiian stromboli. The service was fabulous. Mackenzie is a gem.

I love this restaurant! I make a point to stop by here at least every six weeks after my infusion because the atmosphere is very relaxing to me. The staff are always pleasant, the food is delicious and the portions are decent. The creamy lemon chicken and rice soup I could live off of...and there is a specific dessert there that is my favorite and I'm not saying the name because I don't want it to be all gone when I go next time! :
