The culinary program of chef Mosier is top-notch. Must be tried the garlic herbs pop tea, and the watermelon carburized basil can be crucified. His mustache is not as good as Sam Elliot. But probably worth the ride.

I recently came to a comedy show and had a wonderful time. The owner was bartending, went out the way to get me what I ordered, and was super friendly. There are two rooms where you sit, a nice bar and a smaller outdoor space for sitting. It is in the heart of downtown with a warm cozy atmosphere. I wouldn't have asked.

Come for the great drinks, stay for the best bartenders in Knoxville! I always have a great time here. The cocktails are unique, and Will always has a well-curated selection of bottles behind the bar.
