Buddy's B-q - Knoxville

The restaurant lacked napkins and utensils for side items that needed them. The bag was not folded neatly, it was more of a quick handoff without a smile. As a restaurant general manager, I expect better overall service. However, the food itself was excellent, earning a rating of 4 out of 5.

I ordered a pound of pulled pork and brisket, and the barbecue sauce exceeded my expectations. The potato salad was also delicious. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.

The worst brisket I've ever had in my life this is nothing but blan thin slice roast/oven cooked beef.Their sweet tea is good and their french fries are good other than that don't waste your time

Went inside to place my order, I ask for 2 kids meals with regular cookies. Had to argue with the employee and manager and they refused to give me a cookie they said the meal came with graham crackers. (Been getting a cookie for years) also my order was incorrect, no strew and no BBQ sauce was given either. Not a good experience on 06/26/2023
