Balter Beerworks - Knoxville

First time was with a group of co workers and I was hugely, pleasantly surprised with the food selection. It was flavorful and had it's own spin. I didn't feel like it was something I could simply get anywhere. Top it off with deliciousness. Fried greentomatoes and the Balter burger. Yum.

The food is out of this world. Busting with flavor with every menu item we have ordered. Balter was so good we went back the next day to try more. Also a plus side mimosa pitchers are $7.50 until 3pm. The first night the service was excellent. The nextday it was lacking. We waited an extremely long time for our food. Note it was not the kitchens fault but our server who keptsocializing with other servers in a huddle group at a back table. Kudos to the bartender though, seemingly she was the only oneout on the floor working. However the food does make up for the service a million times over. Best dinner and lunch I?ve had ina long time.

This place is great! We had great service, got the flight sample, all the beers were delicious. All the food everyone ordered was also delicious!

This place was sooo good! Will come back! I?m on keto and there were many options for me to pick from and were very accommodating ! Great staff !!! One waiter even saw us looking at Something he was carrying and came back to Our table to giveus a better look! Highly recommended great food!

Staff, food, and atmosphere are great! The only downfall was for the chicken and waffles the waffles were very tasty but not very fluffy. When you took a bite you had the the crunchy texture but the inside just kind of went flat. Lost all the air.However, the chicken was amazing. And also the burger was awesome!
