Great food....Super cool mood, love the films on the wall. table page guac is fantastic! tacos: garnel and black bell were my fav. dessert empanadas, made in house, were delicious. will often be back!

I would highly recommend this place! the atmosphere is great, they had made to order tableside guacamole, and excellent margaritas! I had the garnel tacos and my man had the pork bell tacos and they were both fabulous! we'll be back soon, and next time we'll bring friends!

My wife and I are vegan, we are very popular with tapas, and have enjoyed good vegan tapas in france, California, atlanta and asheville, nc. so hard it is not, is it? just throw a few vegetables on the grill, maybe some mushrooms, polnta, serve them with a teller of oliven and some crust-rich brot. we were pretty excited that a tapas bar came to knoxville. we had dinner at babalu and were very disappointed to find one of the least vegan-friendly menus we have seen in knoxville. the Margarita mix has protein in it the sauteed greens have speck. the beans and rice are produced with chicken stock. you have the idea. we have a meal of modified margaritas...read more

This place was delicious! to the birthday of a friend, and they bring out a radio for a cute birthday display. very nice and friendly. duck tacos are a must-have only negatiw was that they don't offer terrace seating, we had to ask ourselves if we were told otherwise it would be a 50-minute waiting period.

Outstanding. Little else needs to be said. For just opening, the service was outstanding, fast, and very friendly. The pork belly tacos are what you'd expect for pork belly outstanding Freshest food I've had in town, and flavors you won't find anywhere around.
