Kanpai Sushi Lounge - Knokke-heist

Bad service. Three times we've given chances to this restaurant. Twice our order was cancelled two hours later. Last time we got our sushi 4 hours later, we definitely called three times. Every time, the person apologised but further help or service we didn't notice. The food is very delicious but unfortunate of the service service: Delivery.

The case and it's quite ok. Nothing negative to note. Personally I expected something more classic sushi. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60

I am extremely let down by their supposed "lightspeed delivery". I placed my order over 3 hours ago and still have not received it, despite being told they were on their way over an hour ago when I called. We do not live that far away. Will we ever receive our sushi? Or a refund? The outcome remains to be seen.

Wonderfully attentive staff. Food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.

Really worthless to order there! You have to wait more than two hours before you are told that they didn 't receive the order , what a pathetic excuse!
