Pizza Hut - Klamath Falls

Ordered pizza hut for delivery about 2-3 days ago at 6:30 pm . I checked the tracker and hour later and it said my order was still making . I called the store about 20 minutes after and asked about my order and they said it will be delivered in 15minutes. I finally got my order at 8:05 and the pizza was burnt and cold. The wings were good but cold . I tried calling backthat night and I couldn 't get thru at all. I called the next day to complain and the manager said they couldn 't do anythingfor me because they were day shift manager it would have to be night manager and they would have them call me back . Stillhaven 't gotten a call . I get they were busy but to send me a burnt cold pizza that I paid 50 for the total was ????????

Waited over 1 hour for delivery, ordered at 6:56pm it?s now 8:06pm and still nothing ???????????

Ordered ahead for carry out. Waited an extra 20 minutes. Part of order was overcooked. (Cheesbread). While waiting in store fron, noticed that a bajillion door dashes came and went before my order placed 2 hours ago. Also noted that the store front wasdumpy and run down. Not the Pizza hut of my childhood.

Guess what showed up at 7:40...already had something else for dinner first attempt to order was 6:20 just tried to order 3 times...was attempting to pay with my debit card...was informed that because it was over 30.00 I would have to be present atdelivery...and because it was over 50.00 a manager would have to call me...ok fine...started to give number and was hung upon...tried to call back to complete order...transfered to nowhere,called again transfered again and was told that it had beendelivered already

The food was ready when I arrived and the nice fellow worker helped me carry my order into my vehicle so I didn't have to travel 2. very nice and helpful staff!
