Manami - Klaipeda

It took us age to order as someone showed up late, but the waitress was not lost and got our order perfectly. (and she did this without being obviously upset or rude! The lately ordered meal basically showed itself at the same time as all appetizers and we did not have to wait for age! Huge menu, loved the Curry Laksa! Really beautiful rams and the main thing. Sushis was okay. If you're here, try the fruity tea pots!

Pretty good place, it is a little more expensive though. I used to love the sushi, ramen, salads, dishes with shrimps here. As well as the tea like Geisha's dream used to be so good. But the last few times I went here, the staff wasn't realy that welcoming and the food really dropped in quality and taste, it doesn't taste so good anymore. The sushi was pretty dry, wasn't firm and didn't taste very fresh, as for ramen, was too salty and tasteless.

Finding decent Asian food is not something I expected in Klaipeda, and most certainly not in a shopping mall in a chain restaurant. However, I would recommend Manami as a good place to have Salmon in Unagi Sauce, Kaisen Miso soup and Savoury Aubergine. The food was great, altho we did have to request rice was reheated, possibly in microwave , and that was disappointing. We did ask for a replacement and the waiter delivered us a fresh rice bowl, which was good. If not for the rice, I would most certainly leave 5 stars, however I have found that offensive. So 4/5. Food is great, just no microwave reheated rice please.

Very nice waitresses. Short waiting time, good food, reasonable prices. Comfortable seats, nice interior. Lot’s of food in menu.

Great deals in the afternoon sushi... 2 reels at the price of one? Yes! Delicious about it... You might have to wait a bit to get in, but that's really worth it. Every time in Klaipeda visit this place.
