Montana's - Kitchener

Whoa! I wanted to visit montana and what a tasty the cajun wings are to die, not to forget the burrito shells I in love. the service, eating, ambiente, vibe everything was only epic necessity to be back and try the rest of the menu.

Was for a pleasant surprise! I've read mixed reviews, but I'm glad I made it here. excellent place, our waitress bessie was just fabulous. the food and the service were tipnotch that wanted to bring the family and friends next.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the portions were generous. My southern-style fried chicken was delicious, with a crispy coating that was different from KFC. The server even brought me a sample to try before my meal, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience for my family. I hope this restaurant opens in England so I can become a regular customer. I will definitely be dining here again when I return to Canada.

If you're in the mood for average food, you might want to try a different restaurant. My party of three experienced subpar food and drinks during our visit. The appetizer we ordered was cold and had clearly been sitting out for a while before it was served to us. I had ordered the country fried chicken sandwich, but it was inedible due to being drenched in wet coleslaw. It was impossible to pick up and eat because it was so soggy. Despite waiting 40 minutes for our food, we decided to ask for the bill before it even arrived. To make matters worse, the hostess walked in on one of my male guests using the restroom without knocking, then proceeded to scold him for not informing her. This behavior was unacceptable, especially considering she was the same person who greeted us at the door. It's clear that the restaurant was not busy that night, so there's no excuse for the terrible service and food quality. Save your money and avoid this place – perhaps try a different restaurant across the street instead. In the meantime, I'll be making myself a sandwich at home because I'm still hungry.

We really enjoyed the burger and the spinach and cheese dip! The food was good but this location is under staffed that we had to wait long. There was only one waitress when we visited March 31. Poor lady was trying her best. I am not sure what Management is thinking to only have one wait staff at a large restaurant. Also, the baked potato was off and the waitress and nothing was done. We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and I told the waitress and she didn’t give him a dessert or even wish him.
