Bidrage med feedbackHands down the absolute worst, greasy chicken I have ever had. We have been to this location for over 30 yrs and have never had an issue. Now they are cutting the chicken in smaller pcs. A 5 pc chicken is now a 10 pc. I called and reported the problem...lets just say i will be escalating this. An absolute disappointment. Goodbye .
I stopped at this KFC location to pick up a take out order. I went into the restaurant to place my order and was told that it would be 14 minutes if I wanted the crispy chicken because they had just served the last of it to the previous customer. I placed my order and paid. Then I waited for 37 minutes to receive my food. Three other customers were also waiting and we were all getting very impatient...especially as we noticed that the drive thru line kept moving and those customers were getting priority service. When I got home, I unpacked my food and there was no dipping sauce even though my receipt clearly indicated that I had asked for 3 dipping sauces. No wonder this restaurant is ranked so low on tripadvisor!
I ordered a $10 4-piece meal and received this chicken. The tenders were bigger. I had to wait 13 minutes for fresh chicken. Isn't this what you typically serve? Why the 13-minute wait? I only have 30 minutes for lunch.
I was a frequent customer at KFC on Homer Watson for many years. I ordered chicken and found it to be very dry, so I called to inform them. The employee promised me a credit for my next visit. However, when I returned to redeem the credit and provided my name and phone number, the employee stated that there was no record of the credit and refused to honor it. The employee and manager were both very rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
We refer to this restaurant as KFP, not KFC. Kentucky Fried Pigeon cause that is the size of the chicken pieces you get. We couldn 't distinguish a thigh from a breast. We had no idea what piece we were selecting, very weird. Ours was also very over cooked and so dry we couldn 't swallow the top layer of meat. There was not skin, the breading was right on the meat. The gravy was flavourless. I filled out the review as directed on the receipt, and was asked if I wanted to be contacted by KFC. I said yes. I had not been contacted 3 weeks later, so I contacted their Canadian head office online by email and asked to be contated. It took almost 2 weeks for someone from the store (not head office) to email me back. She offered 50% off our next order. After convincing her there was never going to be a next order she offered to give our money back, but we had to make a trip to the restaurant to get it. It seems this location doesn 't know how to write a cheque or etransfer. On the bright side, we had no problem getting our money back once visiting the store. We obviously will not be back, and we 're not sure why they are still in business.
