Magical World Pizza - Kissimmee

Placed the order with a very nice man, delivery person was rude and yelling at me since coincidentally, another person got pizza delivered also in a white truck from another place, and they gave us their pizza in error which we paid cash for as they said cash was a discounted price and it was not, Started yelling at me that I needed to pay them for their pizza which I did and would cause it was an honest error even though I paid the other persons for the pizza who paid through an app (not their fault either) and was not going to reimburse me so 5 pies paid for (ordered 2) $160 later and it was okay pizza. Delivery person was so rude that I would not use them again.

How this has 4 stars blows my mind. Order from anywhere but here. We ordered the 3 topping xl pizza, which was a medium by any other standards. We were told it would be here in less than an hour. It was more like 1.15, so when the pizza arrived it was cold. Seemed more like a premade pizza sleeve slightly warmed up. The wings we ordered weren’t terrible. In any case papa John’s or dominos even would be a better choice. Perhaps the in dining is better. But stay away from the delivery.

Like many have posted, we too received a flyer under our hotel door. The wings captured our attention immediately, but we also wanted some pizza. So we began to look at the menu online and then some reviews. Most of the reviews were mentioning delivery issues, but because we were going to pick it up we decided to try and order. I’m not a huge fan of paying online and because the online ordering doesn’t allow for payment to be made upon pickup, I decided to call. When I called and asked if I was able to order the special we found online the woman said yes. So I started to order and when I asked for the wings as part of one of our sides I was told those are not included in the special. I mentioned the flyer we received and the online options included wings. She responded with no they’re not part of the special. Sooo then why have it highlighted on your flyer and as an option to order online? I should’ve gone with what others were saying about this place, but we wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt. Seems shady to me to advertise something and not honor it. Guess that’s the magical part of their business; it’s an illusion.

This pizza was surprisingly good! Magical World of Pizza does not have the reviews they desserve. I almost didn't want to pick up my pizza thinking this place wasn't going to have good pizza but we were hungry and it was close to our hotel. I'm so glad I tried them! Also, the guy there (who my husband believed to be the owner) was so nice! The best part about it was these mini salt and pepper shakers they give you with your pizza ?The only reason I gave a 4 star is because they wouldn't deliver to our hotel... We were 4 minutes away by car!

TERRIBLE AND A SCAM! Cost more than resort food and was disgusting. I would rather eat hospital food than the fake garlic bread and undercooked pizza. Huge disappointment, took forever to deliver, and then was vey pricey (over $90 for 2 adults and 2 kids). Chicken parmigiana was slimey and the pizza was so bad we didn’t even finish it.
