Ataj Indian - Kissimmee

Delicious. One of the best meals we had while in Orlando as far as door dash goes. To be truthful, over all some of the best food we had that week... so yummy.

Aloo Gobi did not have salt and gobi was not cooked at all.

I booked a table on OT for Saturday night for 7:15pm. When I arrived there was a notice on the door to say they were closed for a private function. However, the lights were off and the place was empty. Since then I have tried to call them but no answer. I believe they mush have gone out of business.

We were extremely let down by Ataj. Despite its high ratings, our experience was disappointing. We visited Ataj for lunch on a Sunday and were excited to try their Indian buffet. However, we were disappointed to find that the buffet was consistently understocked. There were times when there were around 10 customers waiting for the buffet to be replenished. While most of the food we tried was tasty, the Tandoori Chicken was a letdown as it was not bone-in, but rather chunks of white meat that had been marinated for too long, resulting in a mushy texture.

Very expensive! For what you pay, very small portions!! We are not big eaters. If we left hungry big eaters will not be happy. We paid $54.00 dollars for, two small legs of chicken and 1/4 size for (2) thighs. Side dishes small soup bowls each $15.00 dollars. Only side dish you do not pay for, white rice!!
