For those looking for a budget option that is exceptionally clean, with employees and owners who are exceptionally friendly, and in a place that is particularly beautiful, do not look further. Pagode The Guest House, which overlooks the Nyatapola-Pagode, is the perfect place. I paid 1,200 Rps for a room that was spacious, with daily cleaning service. While most rooms in Bhaktapur look at you in a alley, Pagoda has windows to the old pagodas on the Nyatapola square. With a roof restaurant and friendly staff you cannot beat the experience!

We had dinner there and we loved it!! The buffalo mamaos were delicious and we also had a typical Newar dish, but I don't remember the name (it was made with beaten rice). The Burd was one of the best we ever tried. Very nice things, so friendly and they told us their dishes and gave us some recommendations. Very recommended!!!

We ate there. We weren't in the guesthouse. Nice people. Beautiful surroundings. The food was pretty good. Some dishes better than others. The wiper masala was beautiful. The windshield tasted beautiful, but was different from expected.

Went their just for a breakfast. Good food. Nice terraces. Clean place.
