Bidrage med feedbackI visited the restaurant with my partner on Sunday at 19 o'clock! the food was great and very tasty and it was checked all the time! the service was excellent and staff very friendly and attentive and helpful! we will definitely be back and recommend it to my friends!
Very cheap, friendly staff. beautiful atmosphere, pop cover music in background. records were quickly deleted. the buffet is a case of quality over quantity when it is available for eating. desserts what they expect from a Chinese buffet, but the waffles were quite good! because it is on the parking lot, it is difficult to visit but after 18 o'clock, on street parking in the center is free after 18 o'clock on certain roads.
Wow!!! What an incredibly delicious restaurant buffet. I absolutely love the personalized ordering system. I traveled all the way from Manchester with my daughter and I can honestly say that out of all the buffets in Manchester, Huddersfields is the best. The food is cooked fresh and the flavors are amazing. The portion sizes are great because you can order as much as you like without wasting food. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves flavorful food. The staff and manager are fantastic and very welcoming. Thank you for the great service.
My family and I recently visited the Chinese buffet for a meal and were impressed by the new layout. They have implemented table service where you can order food through an app and receive it in less than 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff was polite and friendly. The director of the buffet was particularly pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to others. We will definitely be returning soon.
Where to start with what can only be described as one of the worst experiences in food service I’ve had !!! The new concept of ordering on an app is flawed in many ways , as a table of we had to use to order our food as you can only order items per phone so one phone ordered portions and the phone ordered portions and the portions arrived in minutes and the rest some mins later , no one in the kitchen noticed orders from the same table and sent them together. As the food arrived on a big tray we asked the waiter which was which and he didn’t have a clue what dish was which , poor staff training poor instruction from the kitchen !! In its previous all you can eat buffet form the plates were in a plate warmer and u could keep your food warm, the plates we had felt like they had come straight from a fridge. So as we had finished our starters and were beginning to look at the main courses the remnants of the dishes were piled up on our table and not a single member of staff had the initiative to look at any of the tables and see that plates and dishes needed clearing , I had to get up from my seat and go ask a waitress to clear the table !!! We then proceeded to order mains on our different phones and the list of meals was different on both phones for some reason. When the mains arrived in staggered times we again asked which dish was which to be replied with I don’t know!!! Now to the deserts , we ordered some doughnuts with chocolate sauce they were quite literally the driest things on the face of the planet !! We also ordered some sticky toffee puddings which were about sq and served stone cold !!! And one slice chocolate fudge cake which compared to the size of the sticky toffee pudding was a marked improvement but was also stone cold !! Next up was the cleanliness of the toilets , the venue was closed between for I would assume is a clean down before evening service but it would seem that they missed the toilets this day !! I was greeted by a lovely bowl of brown so I moved to the next cubicle where there was no paper , time lucky !! When we were ready for leaving no member of staff asked if we had had a good night it was again to the app to select pay and leave which we did promptly !! No member of staff checked to see if we had paid we just walked out the door , no thanks plz come Again !! Before we had even got to the restaurant we had to pay a deposit which is fine but as we found out hours after we got home and received a text message from the restaurant to remind us to get our deposit taken from our bill !! Surely if we have a table booked and reserved to table number should have the booking fee marked on the system and automatically taken from the bill !! So I over paid by for poor service poor food poor staff poor training poor cleanliness !! Oh and I was informed by a member of staff that the all you can eat format will be changing again in the new year to a pay per dish !! I believe that in the coming months this restaurant will be closed because of zero customers !! What used to be great has been ruined !!! Avoid this place like you avoid the covid !!!
