This pub has been closed since juli 2013. looks as if the building has new property, but not 100% that it will open as pub.

Brilliant pub foods warmly recommend the fish finger sandwich. they also brew their own beer

They roar their own ales on the ground and it is really goid witness that blondes especially. pleasant service, garden seat with magnificent view over the Holme valley.

Fabulous decoration and great staff. beautiful atmosphere and fantastic view. good food too.

On a busy Friday night at 8:00, the restaurant was overbooked and very loud. It was not an ideal dining or drinking spot at that time. A loud group made us request to be moved, and we were relocated to an upper floor area that lacked ambiance and felt like a sterile environment. The food was expected to salvage the evening but was overly salty, rendering it nearly inedible. We expressed our disappointment to the staff when we didn't see any apology or compensation on the bill. It was a disappointing experience overall, and the restaurant needs to address these issues before it becomes like another cliché Scandinavian crime drama.
