Mj’s Java Cafe - Kirbyville

I 'll start with the good things. The restaurant is very cute and seems clean. Staff was very friendly. The frappacionos were delicious but more water than frappy. Now to the most disappointing of it all our meals. I got tacos that were probably the worst I 've ever had a step down from cafeteria food. Had absolutely no flavor what so ever including and especially the meat. There was not a hint of salt, taco seasoning, pepper. Nothing. You 're better off making them at home. Husband got steak quesadilla. He eats and loves just about anything. He hated them. I tried a bite and the meat was weird he paid extra for what looks like as he described the inside of a steak finger. Maybe we lucked out today and they might have other options that are better but we will not be gambling on that. Might go by for a smoothie or a coffee at some point but most likely probably not.

Best place in town. Food is great. Service a little slow. Coffees are awesome.

Excellent food, excellent price, and great sweet tea to make it that much better!I will for sure be back!
