Bidrage med feedbackWhy is it so hard to get an order right? I order 3 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks. You dump the fries on the sandwiches and I don’t see that I am shorted one until I get home. I can’t go back because you can’t even give me a receipt. It is somewhat of a rhetorical question but , “Why is this so hard for you?” You have a simple job. Look at the screen and put the items on the screen in the bag. That your staff cannot complete such a simple task begs the question as to whether or not you should even remain open. As a manager one of your primary task is to ensure that your staff are properly trained. You have failed in that task.
My husband wanted Wendy’s chili last night so we went to this location. First they were out of chili at 6:00 pm. I went back to the line to order burgers. Waited so long that the people in front of me and behind me left without placing an order. One employee was trying to do everything up front while others were standing around in the back running their mouths. We finally got the food and it was mediocre at best. Went back in line to get Frostys and when we got them they were not even frozen. It was like chocolate milk. Needless to say we will never return to this Wendy’s location. The service at this store has always been bad but this was a whole new level of employee’s who didn’t give a rip about your customers.
My family and I were traveling from out of town and I stopped by this Wendy’s to pick up some Biggie Bags for my children. Much to my surprise I was told, “We’re not doing Biggie Bags tonight.“ I asked, “Why not?” I was told “We’re just not. You have to choose an adult combo numbers 1 through 11.” This is obviously just a play to get more money from people as the Biggie Bags are a much better deal. If you can’t trust a restaurant to do the right thing, just drive down the road to the next restaurant like we did.
I'm in the drive thru and nobody else was in the drive thru and I ordered a Baconator with a sweet tea. Mngr asked which one ? I want the Baconator ..I mean you have the Baconator and then you have the son of Baconator...I said I want the Baconator sandwich but not the meal and want a sweet tea...we have no sweet tea...I said then I'll take a coke or Dr Pepper..I asked if she had any baked potatoes and she said no.. then she asked again how many nuggets did I want.. I said mam I haven't said anything about any nuggets..OK .Pull around ..I give her $11 now she she hands me a dark red drink ...I asked what it was and can't remember what she said it was but I know I ordered coke or Dr pepper and when I just got home and can't even tell what drink I was given but I guess the CO2 or something wasn't hooked up .. AGAIN..THIS WAS A WHITE FEMALE MANAGER ABOUT 50 Y/O . AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE DRIVE THRU AND THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED AND IT WAS A LITTLE AFTER 1:30 a.m. My last 2 trips to this Wendy's has cost me over $30 and after I got home a few weeks back my food must've been meant for someone else and I had paid a little over $20 that night and throwed it all away . But back to back visits I will not buy another thing from any Wendy's anymore .
Cashier was only doing one order at a time complete that order before she would take the next person
