Queen Street Deli - Kinston

I enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Queen St Deli today before my meeting with my attorney nearby. The downtown location, right across from the courthouse, was incredibly convenient, and the staff delivered outstanding service. Their warm hospitality and delicious menu choices contributed to a wonderful dining experience.

I've dined here numerous times and have always had a great experience. However, during my last visit on Thursday, July 27, around 11:15 AM, I stood at the counter for about 8 to 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There was someone behind the counter and the owner seated in front, but neither seemed to notice me. Another customer came in after me and also waited for several minutes. Eventually, we both turned and left without any recognition. The food is fantastic, but I won't be returning.
