Great for both food and drink. Very friendly staff. Plenty of options and good atmosphere in bar and lounge with a mix of all ages .

Sat at a table outside . Table was dirty , empty glasses covered in ash. A member of staff walked past us at least 4 times , ignoring the table . After about 10 minutes I went into the lounge asked the guy behind the bar if anyone was serving the tables outside “ no , you need to go into the bar order”. I then asked him if anyone would clean the table outside “ ask them in the bar” he replied . As if the lounge the bar were different businesses. So I went into the very busy bar asked to order food to be told someone would come out take the order much more politely this time it must be said! . At this point the table was was cleaned , orders given service was good from there. However the food was served in cardboard boxes. I cannot see the reason for this . 5 of us at one table , didn’t leave much space . Not to mention the waste of using all the disposable tableware. I’m guessing covid is the explanation but we were given proper knives forks glasses so what difference would real plates make ??? Not to mention one of the glasses had lipstick marks on the rim much more concerning to me than a plate that it is highly unlikely anyone put their mouth on!! Cardboard aside , food was good . The topped chips are huge portions , and really delicious. We had the burger which was tasty , also huge. Goujons chips , also good . And a chilli hot dog which was really loaded and very tasty. Decent value , tasty food but would be reluctant to visit again at the present time ,as it was very packed , people very close together staff were not wearing masks except for one . Poor service at the start of our visit would also put me off returning.

Dropped in with friend for lunch,the waitress was exceptionally helpful and friendly,always a good start,we both had the crispy buttermilk chicken burger which were delicious,fries which were very dry but ok,side salad,coleslaw,and onion rings which were excellent,and we both had knickerbocker glory’s to finish,I’ll definitely be returning for the evening menu to tackle one of their steaks !!

This is a very special place indeed! The food is good but the staff are amazing and go way above and beyond! Sara made our Dublin experience one of a kind! We were stuck and Sara did everything to help us. She even engaged her friend to drive us!! For true Irish hospitality this is a must do! The Guinness beef pot pie was to die for!!

Don't go there at all. One of the staff members is a complete racist as well as Daemon the manager. Not the best place for a foreigner
