Stop by april 2 2024 order a burger when brought my order took my money then was told they gave me the wrong order gave her the bag back she brings me out another bag when I got my burger out had no hamburger patty I pressed the red button brought me another burger was not very good will not be going back

It's a Sonic. It's kinda fast, but not of great quality. If you're a regular and know the best items, I am sure it's fine. But for anyone else, it is mediocre at best. If Bob Mann knew quality was so low would sell it, which is probably why this place sucks compared to early 2000s. Coming from someone who worked at Sonic for over a year

Employees were friendly and the food was hot and delivered

Onion Ring batter tastes like soap, the place is always dirty, drinks are syrup-y but they have good hot dogs ?

I ordered a cherry limeade and paid for extra cherry flavor and extra cherry since everytime I order at this location I get almost pure sprite and no cherry. Well, needless to say, I still received no cherry at all and barely any cherry flavor... of course I didn't realize the no cherry part until I finished my drink at home. I also ordered cheese sticks and received no marinara for it. I live 5 minutes down the road so it is more convenient to order from this location, but by time I got home the cheese sticks were cold, rubbery, and dry. I threw them in the trash. I will go to the one on northpark from now on. This has happened too many times. When I complain to the young employees they roll their eyes at me as if I've cause them an inconvenience. It is bad for business to continue to charge someone for things and then not produce the correct product. No matter what the price is. A purchase is a purchase and not holding employees accountable will continue to create this type of environment.
