Akashi - KINGWOOD

I've been here for years and they've always been delicious. Yesterday I ordered my usual Singapore noodles. When I returned to the office, there was no curry on my nudes. I called and spoke to Jesse, who was super nice and apologetic about the chaos. She told me tomorrow that I should come by and she'd command someone else, not a problem. I called the next day, and I was set up with the manager. she starts screaming in broken English and saying: they have to order extra curry if they want extra.? I tried to explain to her that there was no curry on the noodles. she has broken me rudely, so I raised my voice and told her, list, let me finish my sentence?! then she tells me to calm down. my answer was, do not tell me to calm me down; they must let people speak without interrupting; that is rude.? my man went to get the remake and, to his surprise, was approached with the same attitude (rather error). she yelled at him, and he quickly reacted with his screaming. then she calmed down and gave him orders. my man is so upset that I can't spend our money here anymore. he thinks she's the manager or owner. I'm very disappointed here. whoever is this woman, they have lost a customer. if they don't like people, they open another business. their employment is annoying, and their customer service skills are lacking. make it good! customers are aware! the pictures are what I received yesterday against what I received today. huge difference. Your fault, ma?am!

I and my family hoped we finally found a good place to eat. I can tell them we did it! eating is delicious and the waiter and waiter are amazing! it was child-friendly and had options for Picky-Esser! would recommend!

Overrated. even though you eat present and what looks different everywhere, there is no taste here. we ordered several dishes at the time, and all were very salty. When I talked to the server about getting a remake, she called out that the sauce was already prefabricated and applied to any court that was ordered, and they could not fix it. they can specialize in sushi, but it shows that they are not so much careful when preparing their other dishes that are American, and those are those that fall short. at the time we also ordered 2 different types of sushi rolls, but they were good, not amazing. and the kitchen has also made my order wrong, but the server still had the nerve to serve me the wrong dish. she even informed me that they screwed up my order and tried to convince me that this new court would taste just as good. because it was my first time, I was cool with it because I wanted to try a lot of their menu. soorly disappointed. there are definitely better places for sushi and Asian fusion.

My wife and I were here tonight and it was excellent. we've already eaten here, but tonight it seems as if they took it a few cracks in the taste. we had two appetizers and 6 different handrolls. can not wait to go back, but will until then enjoy my left remnants!

Holy cow!! BEST SUSHI PLACE IN KINGWOOD! Truly so impressed by everything. We ABSOLUTELY loved this place! The menu is 4 pages FULL of creative 1 of kind sushi rolls, hand rolls, sashimi, appetizers, soups, dinner plates, ect. Great drink selections from beer wine and cocktails. The service was superb! We had spicy Edamame and the ahi tuna tower for appetizers, 2 different kinds of sushi rolls for dinner some perfectly warmed great tasting Sake to drink. Everything was excellent!! Our new favorite local restaurant! We'll definitely be back again!
