Chuckwagon Restaurant - Kingsville

Grew up in Kingsville and moved to Niagara 14 years ago. Chuck Wagon was the place to go for amazing food. So I was excited to go… Just don’t send any food back, they talk poorly and loud enough for everyone to hear. My Mom, Daughter and I arrived 40 minutes before closing and ordered a clubhouse sandwich, fries, 2 salads and mozzarella cheese sticks. All four other tables had their food or were done eating when we arrived. Received our food 25 minutes later, salads were drenched in dressing. I poured off the excessive dressing from my salad and sent my daughters salad back and listened as the cook and waitress spoke rudely because we weren’t okay with it. The lettuce was barely visible due to the massive amount of Caesar dressing. So unfortunate. We definitely WON’T be back.

The place was extremely chaotic. We entered and had to wait for a table (absolutely not a problem) when a table became available our server just pointed and said there and walked away. Once sat, our server came up and instead of saying hello or welcome she went straight to is this all on one bill? In a bit of a tone. When we said the bill was to be separate she rolled her eyes and laughed like we just ruined her day. When the food came it was just as disappointing. My husband 's Monte Cristo was just eggy bread, barely toasted with no flavour. My pizza burger was okay but you could tell that nothing was fresh except the Coleslaw which was pretty good. When paying 5.50 to make your sandwich deluxe we did expect there to be more than a handful of fries and a small scoop of slaw. When it came time for the bill our server lost one of our tables bill so it took awhile for her to get it to us. I paid cash and the 2 others paid by debit. Once the first of them finished with the machine a different server removed it to help a different table so we had to wait again for the 2nd person to pay.Overall everyone in there was over worked and stressed which definitely effected the service and food

Needs a makeover, White walls needed to brighten it up.. And it's gotten very Expensive.

We always enjoy eating at Chuckwagon. Small family owned place, great waitstaff, and excellent food. Always enjoy the broasted chicken or the pizza burgers and my wife loves the Greek salad.

Party of four and all of us rated our meals 5 out of 5!! Had the veggie wrap with chickpeas and it was one of the best I have had. Also, the service was friendly and very efficient! Thanks so much!!
