Bidrage med feedbackThere was 4 people ahead of me and it took an hour to finish my order and leave. I ordered two foot long subs. The other people ahead of me only had 1 sub a piece. It was like their hands didn't know what to do. All I could hear was if anything is said about me serving I am going to call my boss. It was not a friendly attitude in there. Also there was 4 and at times 5 on the line making sandwitches. They would parcially finish one order before they would start another. I told them when they first ask me what I wanted and I told them. Then they talked so low you could not understand what was said. It would not been a good thing if I had been the manager. They would have been taught how to act as well as to what they should say in front of customers. Maybe I am being to hard with my crytisium but it really was a bad situation. Someone that wants to work should not be running off at the mouth and should be listening to what a customer says to them about their order. I am sorry but it really was rediculous to take an hour to make 6 sub sandwitches and do some sides. When I left yhere was 4 cars lined up outside and 8 people waiting when I left. Also some people left because it was taking so long.
The staff was great and quick! The manager there now is great with customer relations and handles business very well. I like the trend.
Didn't like the attitude of the Elderly cashier in my opinion and others I have spoken with about her personality she treats her on race different I visited yesterday between 12 and 1pm they don't carry thousand Island dressing ask which one I wanted I said neither so she just threw two of what they had in my bag with a and I paid $14 for two salads no meatDietary restrictions: $14 for 2 half containers of lettuce and 1container had tomatoes ?
Friendly staff very clean store great sub. What more can I say! Got to love subway!
While the food was ok, the service wasn 't. On Sunday, November 26, 2023 around 12:38 pm, there were two women that was working. One was working on sandwiches that was before me and respectfully I waited. The other co-worker took my order. While my orders was coming out of the toaster, the first young lady who was doing orders before me was then handling my orders for the toppings. Instead of her asking me What do you want on your subs, she just gave me a look as if she was asking me What do you want on your subs? So I let her know what I wanted. She wrapped them up, placed them in the bag and never rang the orders up. I was standing there for at least 10 minutes before her other coworker rang my orders up. So what I did was that I 've sent a complaint as soon as I got home and no one haven 't said anything yet. Something needs to be done with that because I didn 't appreciate that at all.
