Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This is our neighborhood spot and we like to support local businesses, but we have decided not to give this restaurant another chance. Out of the last 10 visits, 8 times they got our order wrong - for example, we ordered a burger without mayo but it came with mayo, and drinks ordered without whipped cream always came with whipped cream. We also paid for add-ons that were not given, and the thickshake machine is often not available. However, tonight was the final straw. It took 30 minutes from the time we placed our order until we finally received it, which was just two drinks. There was no apology offered when we placed our order, paid, or picked it up. The staff seemed too busy to provide proper customer service, with some workers taking breaks while others were busy serving customers. The frozen drinks were not filled to the top and the frappe was partially melted. The work area was messy, with cups and items on the floor. We understand that fast food workers have a tough job, but the workers in this particular shift clearly need more training. We will not be returning and will drive a little further to try another franchise location.

It's not always easy to shake the realization that a McDonald's is still a McDonald's, but this one had a nice atmosphere and the staff was more friendly and attentive than usual. The restrooms were clean and the coffee was of good quality.

This McDonald's is fantastic. We usually come here to grab a coffee, but not always to eat. The outdoor seating area is lovely and the staff are friendly.

There is no escaping the cold hard fact that a McDonald's is a McDonald's but this one had a good feel to it and the staff were better than in most, friendly and service oriented. The toilets were clean and the coffee reasonably good.

This is a great McDonald's. We often go there for coffee, not necessarily food though. Their outdoor area is lovely and the staff friendly.
