La Monaliza - Kingston upon Thames

If you enjoy Colombian coffee, like I do, then this is the perfect spot for you. This quirky café is located in a suburban area and has a friendly atmosphere. The food also looks delicious!

My family, who are both Anglo and Colombian, decided to stop by this restaurant for a brunch. We were excited for the opportunity to enjoy some authentic Colombian cuisine. Two of us enjoyed the Calentao breakfast, which was absolutely delicious, while the others opted for arepas or empanadas. The food was fantastic and the owners were very friendly. This humble cafe is located on a quiet residential street, but it is definitely worth a visit if you are a fan of Colombian food. Additionally, it is a great option for those who are gluten-free, as many dishes are made with corn flour. We are looking forward to trying out their lunch menu during our next visit.

This restaurant is incredible and I absolutely love eating here. It is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Colombian cuisine and a welcoming staff. My top picks are the avocado bagel and the hot dog!

Update: looks like it's closed permanently. is updated when I checked this. coffee and snacks. great to see more interesting eating in berrylands arrive! the lunch menu includes some great South American dishes before they open, they would have to travel to the borough market to get this selection. beautiful atmosphere also, with the all important loo that so many caffes neglect

I enjoyed the latte and the carrot cake a lot of the relaxed family atmosphere and friendly service improve the pleasure. prices were welcome
