Buddy's -b-q Kingston - Kingston Spring

Been to Buddy's many, many times but yesterday's Togo order was TERRIBLE!! Ordered a 5 person dinner of ribs with sides...got home to Crossville...opened the box and there were MAYBE 7 tiny mini ribs about an inch long and burnt. The side order of brisket was cold and rubbery. Total bill was almost $100 so I think a drive-through at Chick-fil-A goes to the top of future choices. Too bad because I always enjoyed Buddy's. Oh, and the staff could have been a little more customer friendly.

I spent nearly 30 minutes waiting on a simple number 1 meal to go and when I got it I went 5 minutes down the road and it was the wrong order.

The only thing that really grinds my gears about this location is their “close when we feel like it” policy. Tonight was the 3rd time in the past 4-5 weeks where I’ve shown up at 8:30-8:45 and they’re closed. Pretty annoying to drive out of your way and they’re closed 45 minutes to an hour before what’s posted online and at the door.

Hard for me to give 5 stars but, this place, this place, deserved it!!! Amazing food I mean GREAT barbecue and lots of it for you anytime.. GREAT sauce as well! It was a great meal and for what you got it was not so expensive either. I cannot wait to go back cute ? and very nice n polite waitresses as well who did a great job taking orders n getting your meal out fast. Also not into fries, trade them for potato salad or several other AMAZING sides available... This is a diamond in the rough!
