Bidrage med feedbackThe guy that is always working when I stop by the Kingston TN location is the absolute best! My sandwich is perfect every time he makes it. He is truly a sandwich master! He deserves a big fat raise! Keep up the great work dude it is greatly appreciated.
Needs to be much larger and a better location in Kingston
Every time we come here it takes 5 years to try to get a sandwich. It's not the workers' faults, they are just trying to get everyone's orders completed. Today we went on a Saturday at 12:30pm (prime lunch time). There was one girl working and bless her heart she had a huge online order to finish before she could get to the lady in front of us. I'm not sure how long the lady in front of us was there but she ended up walking out. After waiting another 5 minutes, we walked out too. I know it's hard to get people to work these days but goodness, they have got to have more than one person working during prime meal hours!!
It has been a long time since this Subway has impressed me. Big shout out THANK YOU to Amanda and Dennis who made our sandwiches with a smile and conversation. The bread was fresh, the vegetables were fresh, the dining room was clean, cups and chip racks were full. Great job and wonderful customer service!
I can't even believe that I had gone to 2 subways in our town tonite and couldn't even get waited on. The first one couldn't even tell us if they do salads?? It's on their menu. Really did not feel that she even wanted to take care of us so we walked out of there. Went to another down the road by Lowes and stood there. Watch one girl make 3 subs and go to the back never to be seen again. And the other girl making subs joking with someone sitting in the dining room. I would assume they were making subs for door dash. Idk if it's me but if you have customers walking into your estabshment wanting to eat and you don't wait on them and make subs for people who aren't there I think that there is something wrong there. Idk know the protocol on this but I would think you would want the customer who walked in to eat, to be able to. I'm sorry but you have lost customers tonite this happened at both your stores tonite and it's a shame.
