Five Guys - Kingston

Burgers are always juicy and cooked to perfection, my regular-the bacon cheese burger pairs perfectly with the strawberry milkshake. I paid 15$ for a burger and a milkshake which could get pricy if eating out with a group, but I always leave full and satisfied

First time at Five Guys and will be my last. Spent $45.00 on food that i wouldnt have paid $10 bucks for if it was offered to me. I was there at 11.15 am. Only number 3 on ticket. Ordered a BLT that had overcooked,burned on edges bacon,tomato and a piece of lettuce i had to find under all the mayo...2 Hamburgers overdone with lettuce,ketchup,mustard,barely lettuce and tomato.. I see a pattern with the lettuce shortage in the orders..1 little hamburger,,again overcooked and lettuce was noticeable under condiments. 2 orders of fries that were so soggy and soaked right thru the bag when it was picked up out of the plastic bag provided by the nice and friendly staff. The front counter and key pad were dirty and there was grease or oil on the keypad machine that i asked to be wiped off but was done after i picked up my order. Staff was clowning around but had smiles and was very nice. It is sad that i will not be back because the reviews show it is/was a good place to eat. Sorry Five guys,do better at this new/renovated location...

Definitely Recommend! Best burgers in town better than any of the diners anymore. High quality ingredients. French fries are all made fresh there and they're so good. Add as many toppings as you want. Free soda refills. Love to Chow on the peanuts they give out for free while you're waiting. Clean environment friendly staff. During the pandemic you can call your order in or place it online and they will just bring it outside to your vehicle. Food is good and consistent you always know what you're going to get.

This place just tried to rip me off! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they said my card was declined and I'd have to reorder. Told them nevermind and left. Checked my account and sure enough the money was taken! Went back in and showed them and who I assume is the manager said it's pending. Of course it's pending! I literally just paid for it! Everything I buy is pending for a bit. But they still take my money. I've worked in fast food so I try to be nice to people that work in fast food but don't try to rip me off.
