Mamma Mia Pizza - Kingston

My man and I love pizza and maybe we are a little hard on the reviews because we expect what we pay but I will say that this place used a very good quality cheese, but unfortunately the other ingredients were blah and not very fresh, I have never seen breakfast sausage on a pizza, but always like to try new things and well we had to burn every single one because they costly freeze us. Thank you we pay for extra cheese? very friendly staff, but you need to increase their game to their quantity and quality control?

My favorite pizza place. they get the 5updates they seem to have changed their teig recipe or changed to another pizza crust provider. and not the better. my last 5 days ago was a little disappointing. lost a star?

Pizza took nearly 2 hours to deliver. The website indicated 75 minutes for delivery, so we were expecting a longer than normal wait, but 2 hours it's obscene. I called to complain and I was told the driver had just left and would be there soon, no apology was offered. When the driver finally delivered the pizza it wasn't hot anymore and the order was incomplete (no soda). I called back to complain, the staff on the phone continued to be unapologetic and hung up on me midsentence when I told them it was too late at night to send me replacement soda, especially given how long I'd presumably have to wait.We just moved to Kingston and have ordered from here three times. I'll never order here again, the rudeness and indifference of the staff was unacceptable.Edit: Someone at the store appears to care. They sent the driver back with the soda and a $20 gift certificate. I'm still disappointed with my experience.
