Over priced and bad food. I don't know why the pickles spears I got were served but they were. Not worth the wait or he money.

Great food, Great Staff, Great fun and a Great atmosphere. Nothing like this place.

I do not recommend at all just placed a order for them to mess it up call back let them know whats wrong and would like to give back what was given to me that was not ordered they procced to tell me i did not order it and then when he says he will fix it he trys to charge us more for the order that was messed up and never fixed then when i say im not paying more cuz just spent 75$ and that i just want it fixed or my money back then they procced to hang the phone up and just ignore it all together witch btw this happend like 20 mins ago .... poor service lack of custom service and just bad all together

Excellent food for a great price! The poutine especially is on point :)Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp outfront at Princess Towers that connects to a side door into the building. Might be a bit crowded for a wheelchair during rush hours, but any other time, it's definitely more accessible than most places in Kingston because of the ramp.
