Pizza Hut - Kingsport

It would be better if they didn't screw up my order. Three times last year or so. Yesterday evening, 2/28/19, and they left my Marinara sauces. I paid for them extra and didn't get them. I called the store. Nobody knows how to answer the phone. From now on we order Pizza Plus or Dominos.

Good, clean, reasonable restaurant. Do not miss the $5 weekday lunch buffet and salad bar. It can't be beaten. Great food and friendly staff.

I took my son here on his birthday and they treated us all like gold. The food tasted so good. I love pizza hut salad. There is no salad better than that of the great and wonderful pizza hut salad. The store was clean. The lady that waited on us was so sweet and down home. There's nothing like southern hospitality and that's exactly what we were treated with. I usually call in my orders, but we wanted to eat in on this particular day, and i recognized the voice of the lady that waited on us from my recent call in orders. I knew it was the same lady, and i was so happy that she was the one that was going to be taking our orders, because she is always so nice and sweet and always took time to make sure she got my orders right on the phone. She is the best. My husband left her a tip, but i got change when i paid for the food and snuck back to the table that we ate at and left her one also. She deserved it. She needs to get a raise because I'm almost certain that she is the reason that the same customers keep coming back. Well, except for the great tasting food. Love their pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut!

I have to give a shoutout to the staff at this place! It was a hidden gem for me when it comes to pizzas. Not many people know about this restaurant, so it is always clean and the food is always fresh. I recently tried the Impossible Meat pizza and the Pepperoni Lover, and both were delicious. The service was great too, my server from New Jersey was very friendly and made sure I had a good experience. Thank you!

The food at this restaurant was delicious. The service was quick and friendly, despite there only being one woman working the cashier, pickup window, and kitchen. If anyone deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication, it would be her. Thank you, Robinson. I was truly impressed, which is not easily done.
