Johnny Brusco's New York Style Pizza

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, pizza was delicious. Had a group of 8, they treated us well.

I go to Johnny Bruscoe’s for the Mediterranean salad with their homemade creamy Italian dressing. It’s the best, I could drink it. Today I was so excited to get one and they have changed the dressing . I’m so disappointed. That dressing didn’t compare to anything. I hope it’s just temporary.

The service was terrible, I think the waitress was on drugs. I asked for pepperoni and got none on my pizza, the appetizer I ordered never came out! She mixed my drink up with my friends drink and asked us to taste and see if it was indeed mixed up! My pizza was burned and flys and gnats were everywhere. The bathroom smelled and looked like a truck stop. My friend ordered Stromboli and got a calzone. I think with a little drug rehab and a complete clean up, the place could rival a bad little Cesar’s

I 'm doing this because I 've loved Brusco 's. Something is happening with this location and it 's not good. I refuse to watch it destroy itself and I 'll gladly change my rating when it 's fixed. We eat there 2-3 times a month as an after church sunday lunch ritual. We chose Brusco 's for our Father 's Day meal and had the owner 's daughter as our server. It was a disaster. Started the meal with sweet tea 's with just a few small ice cubes floating at the top. We used our lemons on that round of tea 's. I understand hot tea on ice and what happens, so you gotta fill the cup with ice before pouring hot tea on it. After a minute the ice was completely gone and we requested a another round of ICED tea 's. Which didn 't happen for a long time, because she was out of clean cups. We had plenty of cups on our table not being used. For $3 a drink it 's reasonable to expect ice in an Iced Tea. The pizza was okay.. not what we would normally expect at this location. It was very soggy and wet in the center. In the end we had a charge for extra lemons, the round of lemon slices that I had to ask for with our replacement teas. The owners daughter was very rude and arrogant about her position that she would not take that off of the bill. A slice of lemon should be included with a $3 Ice Tea. She put my wife thru hell with this issue. I was just blown away that on Father 's Day, the owner was no where to be found a his daughter was so bitter and rude. I 'm in sales and I could never in a million years treat a customer the way we were treated. Or we 'd be shut down. The current owner has done an amazing job restoring this location but I 've spoken with multiple people that were treated poorly recently. Please fix it so we can come back.

Wasn't busy at all and it took over an hour to get our food. Took 15 minutes for drinks and than didn't even see the waitress again. This place is going down fast it seems and wasn't even compensated for the issues way to treat customers who were loyal and came there quiet a bit.
