Captain D's - Kingsport

My boyfriend got the grilled tilapia and it wasn't even cooked all the way. It was so undercooked that he couldn't eat it. The okra was good tho, so that's why the two stars

It was our 1st time going to this place. Customer service was good. Place was clean for most part. Food was OK for the price you pay for it. Its fried food mostly and you leave knowing it. My GF got the broccoli and said it was really bland with hardly any flavor. The mac cheese was almost like box stuff. The cornmeal southern fish could use a bit more spice for flavor. My daughter got the chicken tenders and was like they were in the fryer a bit to long. My daughter went to use the women's restroom and it was dirty. Told someone and never saw them attend to it. Good chance we won't be going back. I'll stick with LJS with better flavor.

We got the seafood feast family meal and for under 40 bucks just eat one of the best seafood dinners that we have ever eaten! We got it in a fast and timely manner and everything was hot and cooked to perfection!!! Also was more than enough food for 4 people!!! Very satisfied ???? Very full ???? and will definitely stop again next time through here!!!

Nothing really wrong with the place, just didn't wow me enough to go higher. Kinda average at everything. Food is higher because I love the lobster rolls. ; good enough for a quick stop on your way somewhere else, but I guess that is all fast food is meant to be

Awful food service. The cashier didn't comprehend anything I said about my order but the manager was super nice made my order right!
