Burger King - Kingsport

I went there after the work they post open until 12 but I there 20 min before they post, to close I was told they are near why in heck they close before they post, not happy when it keeps on I will not go there no longer

We ordered 3 meals and an extra sandwich. One sandwich they didn't have premade so we canceled it, the onion rings were horrible and one of our little girls meals was missing the cheeseburger. These workers were not prepared nor paying attention and they weren't even busy. I tried calling multiple times and the phone would just ring and eventually give me a busy signal. NOT A HAPPY MAMA AT ALL

Start to finish it was a very positive experience. I went inside to order and the young woman who took my order was very polite, and customer focused. My order was fairly large, but it was delivered very quickly. I was impressed considering how busy it was. Great job everyone!

I eat here about once per week, going thru the drive-thru. It is usually a good visit... except today (May 20), about 2pm, which was my second visit this week. I sat at the drive-thru menu board for 5 minutes, no one ever came on to take my order. I left and went down the street to get lunch.

Eastman road There is a new guy working there pretty sure his name is Gary. Your best bet is to leave when you hear him on the drive thru speaker he can't get an order right to save his life. He's capable of ringing it up correctly but can NOT seem to pick up the correct food item. Multiple times I've gone thru and got home and not had what I ordered usually happens when he's working the window. Anytime you ask for salsa, ketchup he literally rolls his eyes. This morning I called to complain and he was not apologetic nor did he act like he cared, very short rude comments when I called.
