McDonald's - KINGS MEADOWS

We don’t usually eat at McDonald’s but visited the Kingsmeadows one whilst in the area. Food very nice, loved the Chicken Caesar wrap. Very clean premises. Served by a friendly young lady who delivered it to our table when it was ready which was quite...quick

My wife and I get take away coffee from this store 3 to 4 times a week. The quality of what we receive varies from brilliant to tip it down the sink. The staff at this restaurant couldn't be better. They are always friendly and...welcoming but in my opinion the management need to appoint full time Baristas as swapping the staff from job to job results in people doing tasks for which they are not suited, the other alternative would be better on the job training by people who know what they're doing. Please correct these problems.

Its McDonald's yiu know what to expect. But to have to wait and wait in the queue and then have no acknowledgement is poor. Not again.

Longwestmaccas in launceston, always sent to the waiting bay, even if they are the only one in the drive, though and they order a small meal. there is a fee very friendly staff but there are some very terrible rude that ruin it. the boy...in the driveway called malik is disgustingly rude, eating with the lookout will be handed over to them or talking to them, or will continue to go with other staff. his eyes will roll on you and snore commentary. have no high expectations of this type of restaurant, but this falls far below the minimum standards. drinks often served without ice, ordering missing items, although they took 15 minutes to make it. do not even ask for sauce or serviette.

I went to the restaurant at 5:30 PM on a Monday, which was a public holiday. I ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries to go. My order was ready in less than two minutes, but when I checked, the fries were almost cold. I immediately returned to the restaurant, parked my car, and asked for the cold fries to be exchanged for hot ones. The staff brought out multiple batches of fries, but none of them were hot. Frustrated, I eventually accepted the cold fries. The double cheeseburger was not hot, but it was warmer than the fries. Overall, I was disappointed with the food being served cold and felt that I should have requested a refund.
