Bidrage med feedbackAfter reading a few reviews on here we thought we would visit and make up our own minds about the place. Well, to anyone who moans I can’t understand why. I am wheelchair bound and there is easy access into the cafe and no staff seemed bothered that we were rearranging their tables to fit me in.
Living in Hunstanton this is our favourite ice cream stop with a multitude of different flavours available by the scoop all made locally. It’s always difficult choosing just one! The cafe serves a good variety of food too and nice coffee and it’s always a pleasure to sit in their outside area looking out to sea and watching the world go by. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
Lots of lots of choice to choose from, Different flavours and also choice of tubs or many different sugar cones. Seating is great overlooking the bay.
Dropped in on a chilly Norfolk August bank holiday for teas and ice cream for grandkids, good service for busy cafe, kids say ice cream is fantastic. Looks like we’ll be back.
We were in search of a mid-morning snack, we being, two young children and three adults. We sat inside and ordered our food, but noticed that there were a multitude of wasps on the window as we sat down. Not wanting to cause a fuss we thought we would stay put. We then decided to move outside, because of the wasps and the children were going to be eating jam and toast. We went outside, only to be bombarded with these creatures. My five year old granddaughter subsequently got stung in the mouth by a wasp. Whilst I realise that we were outside, the staff did absolutely nothing to come and help. Of course she was distressed, as so were all of us . We left rapidly to take her to the local pharmacist for treatment. I can only say that if there was an insect repellent machine within the café, we would have stayed inside and avoided the situation that occurred. Needless to say we won't be returning and in fact made sure that people that were going to visit the café were told of what had happened.
